Love is blind. She is also deaf. Her master found her as a very young child left to die in the gutter and has cared for her since that day. Till recently her entire world had been the room in his palace that he made especially for her. She loved him with all the force of her young life.

But then something happened to her master, and she found herself in a strange new place.

That was several years ago now, and she now lives in a friendly, quiet little village on an island. Her world is small- just a room and a few paths outside except when she makes her way to the Backwater. But she's content. She may not be a genius, or know many things, but she has good friends, sunshine, safety, warmth, and good food. She's happy.
